About Me

I'm a hip and knee surgeon who gets hip pain.More than one in five of us will experience hip or knee pain in our lives. My goal is to show people how to reduce pain and avoid surgery, for hips and knees that last a lifetime.With over 14 years’ specialist experience, I've performed 2,500 hip and knee joint replacements, including 500 revision joint replacements.If a joint replacement or revision is the right decision for you, the right information can help you prepare for the operation, build back your strength and get you back to the things you love doing.

I'm a hip and knee surgeon who gets hip pain.More than 1 in 5 of us will get hip or knee pain in our lives. My goal in this course is to give students the same evidence-based tools & information that I use to:1. Do more with less pain

The aim of this course is to provide a deep understanding of the key tools that 1000s of people use to do more of the things they love with less hip pain.The course will run for about an hour, delivering 10 explainer videos with accompanying content.Over the last 15 years, as a hip + knee surgeon, I’ve helped 1000s of people to do more with less pain.To help myself and my patients, I've had to learn a lot of new things:- How to build awareness of my hip pain
